Last updated: September 21, 2026

Truck Stop 77077 (“Truck Stop 77077,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the food truck park located at 12970 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77077, and the website located at truckstop77077.com (the “Site”). Truck Stop 77077 is a Danger One LLC company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you’re a visitor to the Site, a prospective tenant, a current tenant using our online tools, or a guest of the park.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

Prospective Tenants (“Join Us”)

If you submit an inquiry through our “Join Us” form to lease space at the park, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business or truck name, phone number, email address, and details about your food truck or trailer. This information is stored and managed through our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot) and is used to evaluate your application and follow up with you.

Current Tenants (Online Tenant Tools)

Current tenants may be given a private link to a self-service online form used to provide or update onboarding and payment information. Depending on the tenant, this can include the tenant’s name and business/entity name, mailing address, vehicle or trailer information, uploaded photos or documents (such as identification, insurance, or permit documents), and payment-handle information for the payment method the tenant chooses to use to pay rent (for example, a Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal handle). We do not collect full bank account or card numbers through this form. Information submitted through this tool is transmitted securely and stored in our CRM (HubSpot) for lease administration and rent-collection purposes only.

Phone Calls and Text Messages

Our park phone line, (281) 721-9758, is used for calls and text messages related to leasing inquiries, tenant support, and park operations. Calls to this number may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and recordkeeping purposes. If you send us a text message or opt in to receive texts from us, we collect your phone number and the content of those messages in order to respond to you. See the “Text Messaging (SMS)” section below for more on how we use text messaging.

Website Usage Information

Like most websites, the Site may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools and helps us understand how the Site is used and keep it running securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: evaluate and respond to leasing inquiries; communicate with prospective and current tenants; administer leases, rent collection, and tenant recordkeeping; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; respond to questions and customer support requests; and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including our CRM/marketing platform (HubSpot) and our business phone system (Aircall), which process information on our behalf. We may also share information where required by law, to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business or assets. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Truck Stop 77077 (for example, status updates for a pickup order you place on our site, or messages about a leasing inquiry or tenant matter), we may send you SMS messages related to that purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, or by contacting us using the information below. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us directly. We do not share mobile opt-in information or mobile numbers collected for text messaging purposes with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for as long as needed to administer a current lease, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including transmitting form submissions over secure (HTTPS) connections and storing tenant and lead information in a secured, access-controlled CRM platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of text messages or other communications, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with our legal and business recordkeeping obligations.
