The Site provides general information about the park, its hours, its current food trucks, and how to inquire about leasing a pad.
2. Not a Lease
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to lease, a lease agreement, or a guarantee of pad availability. Any actual lease of space at Truck Stop 77077 is governed exclusively by a separate, signed written lease agreement between the tenant and the applicable leasing entity. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed lease agreement, the signed lease agreement controls with respect to the leased premises.
3. Use of This Website
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, including learning about the park, browsing our current food trucks, and submitting a leasing inquiry. 4. Food Truck Information & Availability

We try to keep this information current but make no warranty as to its accuracy.
5. Prospective Tenant Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through our “Join Us” form does not guarantee you a pad, approval, or any particular lease terms. We evaluate inquiries at our discretion and will follow up with qualified applicants. Current leasing terms, availability, and pricing shown on the Site are estimates and subject to change; actual terms are set out in a signed lease agreement.
6. Tenant Online Tools
Current tenants may be given a private link to submit or update onboarding and payment-handle information online. This tool is provided for the convenience of lease administration only. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for keeping any private link confidential. We are not responsible for losses arising from a tenant’s failure to safeguard a private link or account access.
7. Text Messaging (SMS)
